NEW Alternative parking is available. Going East on University, guests will pass Sweetwater on their Right. After passing Sweetwater, guests will make a right at the Salvation Army at the light and turn onto Southeast 7th Street. After turning, they will immediately proceed to a large lot on the left.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission is described as “an independent state agency charged with investigating allegations of judicial misconduct and disability against Florida state judges.” But what does that process look like?

Executive Director Alex Williams, Esq., will lead the audience through a discussion of the workings of the JQC, which remains a mystery to many lawyers. Attendees will become familiar with the rules governing investigations and the procedures that the JQC uses when investigating complaints against judges.
