EJCBA YLD Criminal Justice Professionalism Seminar

The Young Lawyers Division of EJCBA is hosting a Criminal Justice Professionalism Seminar on the morning of Friday, March 27. Please join us for a moderated panel discussion tailored to our local professionalism, followed by small group discussions designed to help build relationships and strengthen our community's communication. The event is made possible by the participation and encouragement of the judiciary of the Eighth Judicial Circuit, the State Attorney's Office, and the Public Defender's Office.

Panel Moderator: Circuit Judge William Davis, Chief Judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida

  • Judge Susan Miller-Jones, Administrative Judge for Alachua County Court
  • Gretchen Casey, expert facilitator, restorative justice advocate, and former Director of Victim Services at the State Attorney's Office
  • Sarah Wolking, Director of the Prosecution Clinic and Externship Supervisor, Senior Lecturer and Legal Skills Professor, former federal and state prosecutor
  • Glenn Bryan, Division Chief for Major Crimes and General Felony at the State Attorney's Office of the Eighth Judicial Circuit
  • Canaan Goldman, Chief Assistant at the Public Defender's Office of the Eighth Judicial Circuit
