Due to the anticipated backlog of cases as a result of COVID-19, the Eighth Circuit is offering non-binding arbitration as another method for alternative dispute resolution. Local attorney and mediator Charlie Carter will be educating attorneys on what exactly non-binding arbitration is, and discussing how attorneys within the Eighth Circuit can take advantage of this opportunity.
