Something Old and Something NEW
Join us for the EJCBA’s 2010 Annual Meeting and Reception on Thursday, June 10, 2010 beginning at 6:00pm at the Thomas Center located at 302 NE 6th Avenue, Gainesville, Florida.

In response to member feedback, we are trying something new. Please note that this event is a reception, not a formal sit-down dinner, as in previous years. We will not have a guest speaker, but, instead, will be providing an opportunity for you to enjoy the company of your fellow EJCBA members and their guests, along with great food and great music. We hope you will enjoy the more relaxed atmosphere and the reduced price.

Cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served beginning at 6:00pm and will include two free drinks. A cash bar will remain open. Entertainment will be provided by the Stardust Quintet.

At 7:00 pm, we will present the President’s Awards and the James L. Tomlinson Professionalism award, then we will swear in the EJCBA Board for the 2010-11 term.

After this short ceremony, when our official business is done, the food, music, and mingling will resume until the reception concludes at 9:00pm. Nonmembers are welcome to attend and members can bring as many guests as they would like, but reservations are mandatory. RSVP on or before Friday, June 4, 2010 to reserve your place.

If you plan on drinking, please choose a designated driver or make arrangements for safe transportation. We look forward to seeing you there!
